SystemStrategies Inc. is located in Ottawa, Canada’s National Capital. It was established in 1984. It specializes in developing strategies for infrastructure supporting electronic delivery of government services, identifying strategic applications of information and information technologies, and managing projects. Its consulting practice in the area of electronic-government includes strategic planning, governance frameworks, business modeling, information management, financial management, cross-boundary relationship, issue management, implementation management, and general management advisory services.

We examine and strengthen informatics governance, accountability frameworks and service delivery options. We stay in close touch with the client’s personnel and executives to respond to their concerns, queries and ideas.

 

We take a very practical approach to analyzing e-government opportunities, issues and constraints, and to developing solutions that are economically and operationally feasible. We closely examine human issues, roles and responsibilities, value-chain relationships, business case options for investments, customer service requirements, and other core requirements to sustain change in business operations to achieve the anticipated performance objectives. We focus on the reuse of information, the reallocation of existing resources, the realignment of business strategies in designing new operational paradigms, and the development of solutions that give visible and measurable results in the near-term.
